Kalau sy yang terbiasa merekrut fresh graduate biasanya sy nilai dari :

1. Knowledge kayak basic networking atau basic programming
2. Motivasi
3. Tes psikologi

Kalaupun gak cocok, kan ada probation. Untungnya sih selama ini gak pernah ada 
yang gagal ya

Untuk yang sudah experienced, memaang patokan utama nya ke GPA.
But buat yg fresh grad, how a company select the best candidates?
