I second this. I signed up with Acanac for DSL. They activated the wrong phone line /four/ different times (there are only two lines in the house, one had dial tone, the other did not. The one without tone was going to have dry DSL on it). I waited for 45 minutes to speak with support, who bounced me to billing, who bounced me to sales, back to support, etc, etc. I ended up canceling them before the month was over and going with MyCyberNet. I've been nothing but pleased with them. They seem like a smaller operation, but they're very knowledgeable and very helpful.

Unfortunately, I've heard nothing but bad things about them on different forums. When it works it's OK, but when it doesn't there's virtually no technical support.
