Alex,
There are 2 ways that I know of doing it relatively easily using FreePBX -
1) Using the unofficial "Custom Contexts" module
(http://www.aussievoip.com/wiki/freePBX-CustomContexts), although I'm
not sure whether this works in the latest FreePBX
2) Create a custom context in extensions_custom.conf and place the
'restricted' extension in that context.
For the custom context, copy the [from-internal-additional] context
found in extensions_additional.conf and modify/comment out things you
want to restrict.
email me if you still need more info.

Thanks guys.. ;) What I meant was how I can do it using FreePBX's
extension modification without altering extensions files ;) is there a
way?

Contact me off list and I will explain you the process. If I understand
you correctly, you probably have an "Extension" assigned for someone.
You ONLY want to allow him/her to call someone else in the office, but want
to prevent that individual from making a call to the PSTN via one of your
sip trunks... or probably you want to deny the person COMPLETELY from
making any calls what so ever.
Depending on how you have this set up, you can do it via "contexts" and/or
with *if* statements.
Cheers!
Reza.

Subject: [biz] How to deny outbound call
Hello gang,
Was wondering if anyone knows how to deny an outbound call on an
extension in Asterisk 1.2. If you know - let me know ;) Thanks!
