I only use Unlimitel and normally resell the line at fixed monthly rate
The fact that you will be paying for incoming calls is normal (for a wholesale
rate)
A voip line handles 5 channels and charges around 1.1 c/min for on-net calls
plus a $2.50 for the number you and your client can save a bundle compared to
analog lines
