I used Les.net in a pinch for my 30 user Halifax office while resolving a Sangoma/Aliant issue. I only had one issue in 3 weeks of use, with termination to Bermuda. Opened a support ticket and the issue was resolved in 20 min. Obviously my experience was short, but I was impressed.

Personally I'm using les.net and unlimitel.ca, and have been happy with
their service.

Is there a current list of Toronto VOIP providers? Any providers you
recommend? I'm setting my friend up with a Voip phone line and I've
already bought the Linksys PAP2T-NA.

Ivan.
