There's mixed experience on the reviews of their service. I am not sure it's caused by "hard to understand" fine prints or real "fraud" nature. My personal experience is so far fair. You sign up the service and got about 60 mins for try out. If you profile your home/cell number in your profile, it works fine to try out free country. But, it asks to buy credit when I tried with my asterisk. When I put int $10 from Visa, my SiP is immediately useable. I tried hard testing the service for a week and it seemed that I excedeed that 300 minutes / week and got charged about 1Cent US for the following calls. I verified their online record and it seems correct. I then lowered usage and make calls within that limit and everythign is free. They provide 90-days free to free destinations. After that, I guess I will pay $0.01 us for the call to China. Then, after using all the money, I can purchae another $10 for another 90-day free. That's I am "guessing" how it works.
