many of the older vets will say to let Nature run it's course-- as you so bluntly stated as what you are going to do in your last paragraph.Ni know a farmer-- that is ho9w he handles his vermin catching cats--- no vet sees them-- EVER!!! Just watch the critters close-- so you can hopefully see if one is recovering-- if one recovers from an extremely bad bout-- his/her resistance to whatever is "bugging" it will be a lot higher...
