If I had to guess, I would say the little feller has a case of spasms. I would try to get some liquid down it by tube or bottle. Some electrolytes would be good, and I have used the colostrum formula this late also...
A good coccidiosis drench would not be a bad thing either. If I have a sick lamp I usually give them a "cocktail" of things, since you don't really have time for a lot of diagnosis before they are gone...
