You might want to try the suggestions of the other people on the list.  Is the twin lamb that is in good health hogging all the milk?  Sometimes the strongest one will push the weakest off the nipple to drink all the milk.  The weakest one might look like it is drinking but is not.

He is nursing his mother and I don't know if he has a fever or not. I will attempt to catch him and see. His mother and his twin seem to be in perfect health.
