Kaopectate.  Approx 4 cc  , I would give it every 4 hours for 1 day.  Use an old syringe without the needle and squeeze it slowly into his mouth. Is he bottle fed or nursing?  If bottle are you using a milk replacer?  Overfeeding can cause scours.
