Don't know if I can be of any help but here it goes.
If your ram lamb is all alone he is probably wanting some one or some
thing to be near that's why he doesn't want to leave you. Do you have
another animal you could put with him, like a dog, calf, some kind of
small animal? Ours do not like to be alone, it's not natural they are
herd animals.
As far as eating something other than a bottle, ours our nibbling on
grass and brush at that age.
