My sister-in-law has llamas. She had this catalog for llama supplies that
she ordered supplies from so I looked at it. I also went online to their
website and looked around. They did not have any halters that would fit
barbados sheep. I emailed them and I received an email back asking for
measurements. They sent me 3 prototype halters to try. A newborn lamb, lamb
and ewe one. They didn't fit correctly but I took pictures with my digital
camera and emailed them to her. After looking at the pictures she was able
to make the adjustments and sent me 3 new ones. I took pictures again and
sent them. They have asked my permission to use my pictures in their
catalogs. So now there is a place to get halters for barbados sheep. This
makes it easier for me in handling mine for hoof trimming or any
examinations that need done.
The web address of the company is www.llamaproducts.com. The name of the
person I dealt with for custom making the halters is Nancy.
