We butcher large number and tried a few differnt knifes.Mora knifes with
wood handle, they cost a 8.-$, are better than any knifes up to a 120.-
$....

Mora knifes have the right kind of handle, this is very important.Because
the right kind of handle gives you the possibility to butcher fast ( the
guys butcher 13/14 lambs an hour ) and no accident.Knives with wrong handle
often
lead to accidental cuts in to your hand.
