You have had so much free  advice.  Perhaps I can suggest some more.  You may 
have tried  this.  Sometimes I ahve tried sprinkling colustrum (freeze Dried) 
on their  feed.  It has a beneficial effect and puts all the good fauna and 
flora in  the digestive tract.  You could give it as a drench also, but if he 
will  eat grain or sweet feed, then I would mix some in with the feed.  It has  
helped a couple of my ewes that just would not get solid...  I have one ewe  
that just cannot get a solid stool.  Always looks like a calf just passed  
thru.  Had a wether like that also.  Nothing wrong with them, just did  not get 
pellets.  Wether is gone, ewe has one lamb.
