Diane, the only reference I can find in my sheep books to urination problems in ewe lambs indicates that it is most unlikely to be calculi because the urethra in ewe lambs is much winder and not prone to blockage. It would have to be some kind of birth defect.

Has she gotten sufficient fluids to have much liquid to pass? Is she dehydrated? I'm at a loss for other ideas.

Sounds like you have a bottle baby on your hands. I suggest Pampers newborn size to help with the puddles and poo.

Now that she's in... I see she keeps squatting to pee. She dribbles a bit...or makes small puddles... but is squatting WAY too much. Can she be blocked? From what?? It's now 7:30 here, and if she's blocked we're talking ER fees etc etc... Can a 5 day old lamb get blocked?
I've Googled, and found talk of rams & whethers with calculi... but nothing yet about lambs.
