The blackbox list is only sending me one copy. I can only guess (since you
didn't tell us much about your setup -- this is off-topic), buut maybe you
are downloading the same mail from the POP3 server. If using POP3, maybe
select the option to delete from server. (But then again you said "mailing
lists" so this would also effect other mail; and you said "2" so maybe
not.)
