As far as the task list goes, I was thinking ... what if clicking on the name of the currently running task in the toolbar dropped down (or popped up) a task list for you to choose from? I don't know if this is what you'd like, but I can at least imagine it being handy. (You could also select workspaces by clicking on the workspace name, I suppose.) Am I missing something that this would break, if I were to try to implement it?
