I find the slit extremely useful in conjunction with KDE- and
WindowMaker-apps. Dan Williams' dockslit-patch (allows the use of
KDE-utilities like knotes, kppp,... in the slit) works with bb 0.62.0. I
would even consider making this patch a compile-time option instead of
the slit itself.
