sounds like I don't really need that, but bbsmount and the
Gnome patch might be useful.
Anyone else use/have/know about these?

For must apps, this is true.  But for some, like Netscape,
it starts to get a little
confusing when you have 4 or 5 browsers open up, looking at
different sites.
But i'm starting to get used to it ;-)  Maybe someone else
already has a
fix/patch for this.

Hope so.  Some apps (like SciTE) has it's own setting to
remember
it's position and size.  But most others do not, and it is
getting annoying.
I know in Gnome's default wm, there is a setting to remember
this stuff,
but I think this is just specific to sawfish, and nothing
really to do with Gnome.
I was wondering, though, if the bb Gnome patch, would have
something to
do with that....but I can't get to the site....argh!
