Yes, some of them may have been launched before. But there are definitely 
some I know I have never launched, core.jar for example, I have not touched 
Java since before Quicksilver so there is no reason I would have launched 
this with Quicksilver under any circumstance. Also, items like web history 
that pop up in there I know I have not launched through quicksilver also 
outrank the Orbis.app. 

It sounds like you are saying that launching Activity Monitor even with 
phrases other than "or" and "orb" will raise it up for these phrases 
vicariously? I've suspected that 'vicarious' ranking was added to 
Quicksilver sometime in the last few years but never confirmed it. Good to 
know. That's also why I changed my thread title because maybe more info on 
the ranker could shed light on this. I think this 'vicarious' rank increase 
may explain around 10-20% of these results but there are many that I know I 
have not launched ever.
