It is! Here is what is in the book right now:

--enable-cups: This switch enables CUPS backend support. Note that CUPS
does not need to be installed for this support.

What else should it say?

Then that should be stated in the book! I can fix it, or do you want to?

Thanks, Armin, for taking the time to work with me on these things. I am
an old fart, hardheaded, and set in my ways. I am flexible; however, so
never be afraid to ask about changes you think benefit the book. You have
great insight to BLFS, please continue your great efforts!
