You may want to have a look at k3b (www.k3b.org)

It is not part of the standard kde-packages, but belongs to kde-extra-gear (at 
least I think so...)

I don't know about nautilus but it looks a lot like the common windows-progs 
like winoncd or nero...

It will require the basic burning software like cdrecord mkisofs etc, though.

I can't find any drag-and-drop feature, but if you mark files you have a "burn 
with k3b"-option
