Direct Rendering Manager ---> Intel I810: Y or M ... on my 3.17.2 , at the time ... Direct Rendering Manager ---> <M> Direct Rendering Manager (XFree86 4.1.0 and higher DRI support) ---> <M> Intel I810 ..., I had to go through the above extra line ( ... XFree86 4.1.0 ...) Please note: I do not have an i810 (mine is i915, FWIW); I just wanted to simulate an i810 in the config so I can compare my apples to Guy's. I do understand the point that based on some other setting, parameters, etc., the config lines can differ (I favor loadable modules). That was my point to _Guy_, that lines can differ based on systems and choices. Thanks for your help, -- Alex
