Hi,
Have you tried this procedure?
1. Press alt+v
2. Down arrow to arrange icons
3. Press enter; JAWS will say "by name"
4. Press enter again and the files in your folder should be arranged in
alphabetical order if the names are written in letters, and they are
arranged by number if a number is written before the letters.
