I called John on the phone last evening and got to the bottom of his 
problem. The fact is he messed up his naming conventions, and that's why 
they were out of order. Instead of for example chapter 08 he had it written 
as chapter 0eight. Read it closely folks to know what I am talking about. It 
was an honest mistake. You must read it by character to fully understand. I 
had him send me the files and it only took a couple of seconds to figure it 
out.
