[Blind-Computing] what is creative diagnostics?

Hi, experts.  Does anyone know what Creative Diagnostics is and why it is on 
my computer?  I wonder whether or not this is something that came bundled 
into xp.  It is on my system tray.  I'd like to uninstall it if it is just a 
worthless add on.  marilyn
