I am going to have to hope for the device itself. This is because this router is about 5 years old and I never registered it. Perhaps I will call the company.

You may have to get sighted help for this, I needed with mine until I wrote it on a text file on my pc. Usually you will find this number on the device itself and/or on the wrapper of the installation cd that usually comes with it.
