[Blind-Computing] error message

Greeting all,
I am getting the following error message when my computer start. I am using 
Win-XP.
How do I correct the problem?
Here is the Message:
C:\WINDOWS\services.exe
Windows cannot find 'C:\WINDOWS\services.exe'. Make sure you typed the name 
correctly, and then try again. To search for a file, click the Start button,
and then click Search. OK
