As I understand it, it's a sound scape which means that it will just be one more added to those already in the Sounds and Audio section of the control panel. If it doesn't work, I'll just go back into that settings display and load another one which would include the "Windows Default, the one Windows 7 uses automatically. There are lots of different sound scapes there. I'm really curious to see if any of those other ones make a difference. That remains to be seen. Even at the worst of times, the speech would still work so these are just additional sounds which tell you what your computer is doing.
