Hi Al, F6 and then down arrow is not working for me. I am using Office 2010 on a Window7 machine running JAWS 12. When I press F6 the down arrow moves me through 3 browsing options. Any ideas on why it is not working for me?

This is something new with Office 2010, and might have also been a part of Office 2007 when a file is sent to you from somewhere else. I'm going to give you some directions below, but since I do not have a protected doc to open I cannot be sure of the exact wording of some of the items you need to select. 1. Alt+F to open the File menu. 2. Down arrow to the Information Tab. 3. Right arrow to Enable. 4. Press enter.
