Hi Madison,

That is not true!  Google is not always someone's friend & in this case not! 
This person doesn't need the added hassle of the extra pressure of trying to 
figure this thing out.  I agree with you that Google has it's place but, 
like most people, this person would rather have people inter-action.  After 
all, if everyone depended on Google, we wouldn't need these lists', would 
we?!  I hope this message doesn't sound harsh, because I don't mean it that 
way, I just am trying to make the point that most people aren't profficient 
with searching the internet & prefer communicating with others who have 
experience or knowledge of the problems they are having at the moment.  Take
