When entering data in a cell of a table, there are a few things to be aware of.
When using TAB and Shift+TAB to move through your table, the contents of the cell will be highlighted when you land in the cell. If you press a character , Enter or SpaceBar, the contents will be erased from the cell and replaced with whatever you pressed. This is an ideal way of replacing the contents of a cell when you want to paste new info. If there is information in the cell and you need to add more info into that cell, you will use the arrow keys and/or Control+right or left arrow to move to the location in the cell where you want to add the new information. How do I go about reading the various boxes in the table? Is there an easy way to skip from one box to the next. How do I enter data? I am using JAWS 14 beta, and MS office 2010 on a windows 7 computer. Thank you in advance for your help. God bless, Mark God Loves you!
