The tutorial page on there has been pulled quite some time ago from that
site. Trust me I have first hand information.

I'm sorry, I found out that I don't have it.  It's up on Vip conduit and my
support membership has fun out.  I thought I had downloaded it but I didn't.
I'm not sure you can download them, anyway.  I think you can just listen.
i'm going to renew my suppoar membership again and then I can find out what
I can.  Maybe somebody else know where to paste the dll file so that it will
work.   Again, sorry about that.
