Yes. The GameCredits coin is similar to bitcoin but it's more obscure right now, except in gaming circles. And people can buy games with them, or win in-game achievements, or exchange them either for cash or other things that can be exchanged for cash, like bitcoin. If you're really afraid of "schemes", you can always check sites like CoinTelegraph and CoinSutra, and sites like that love GameCredits right now.
