Hi All Just a few thoughts: This whole idea of sending an email, asking someone to please buy you a game, simply because your dad is a control freak, In my opinion, is pretty unhealthy. If you're 28, and your dad still controls how you spend your money, left alone living your life, I would say the problem is not with your dad. I would think you're grown up enough now to tell your dad: Look Dad, I'm 28 now. It is time to back off. I'm grown up enough now to make my own decisions."
There are many ways to kill a cat. If you don't have a credit card or a paypal account, give someone else the money, so that he or she can buy the game for you. Many of us are in a position where we cannot afford games every day of our lives, or we don't have credit cards or paypal accounts. And you know what? The weird thing is, we get along without these games. I admit, there are a few games on here I would really like, but I will wait patiently until I am in a position to buy myself these games. Another thing that is of concern to me, is that, this can lead to any Tom, Dick and Harry sending out emails, begging for games. One last thought: In what position does such a request place the game developers? Think carefully before you answer. If you are a game developer, and you read a mail from someone asking the community to buy him/her one of your products, what would you think, and how would you feel/react? Sorry if I stepped on someone's toes. Just my 2 cents worth, however.
