You can only do a ctrl+alt+j if you set it up. Imail me if you don't know

You can do an insert f4 to close it down and you should be able to do a 
control alt j to get it talking again.  Hopefully you don't have the same 
problems I do where it freezes up my system and I have to restart.  For some

reason if I close JAWS after having it run for a few minutes it sort of 
freezes up my system.  I can open the start menu with a control escape but 
escape will not close it again.  also, I can not restart JAWS.
