Vapour, I don't know about where you live but here, if you bought a pair of
pants for $40 and then find the same thing on sale for $30, you can get back
the difference. Of course, you would need the original packing, tags, etc;
and since this is a pre-order, it should apply. Now, I did say here, I don't
know about there or where James lives.
