Hi,
The ladders is an issue I haven't tracked down yet. There is so much
code it is hard to figure out where James had the code for the ladders.
It is an issue that drives me crazy as well.
I can't tell how many times I have ran at full spead away from a spider
or skull hit the bottom or top of the ladder, and then couldn't get on
it. One way I have found was to leap to the side on to it, and then
climb or descend like the blue blazes out of there.
