sorry I've not heard of such and doubt it exists.
I suppose the approach to take would be to use one of the new
fancy internet accessible meters some utilities are installing to
allow more continuous power monitoring and somehow have direct
access to it via your home network.  However that would be no
picnic to arrange and probably quite expensive.

Most electric power meters I've had described to me have rotating
wheels, essentially a current driven motor that registers power
consumption over time.  I suppose somebody might build an all
electronic version but finding one that would be legal to install
in your mains would, again, be messy and expensive.

This is one to let your wife do I think.
