I can't wrap my mind around this at all. Maybe because the reference is to the "point screws" and the colors are being changed. But I have one that should fix this. Get a light with a pull chain, and run two pieces of string to each doorway. What running string is bad? You were going to run wire in the wall. then you have string, you have doorways and you never have to be confused. Radio wave control should work this way too. Have always hated three way switches as I am too stupid to figure them out. Though it seems simple to a idiot like me.
