Lenny, I regret to tell you that Tom Benham, W3DD passed away last april.. His wife, Lee, is, I believe, still running Science Products, and they probably still have the probe/tester, but it is quite expensive compared to other basic light probes unless you want the continuity tester, liquid level indicator and other gizmos that come with it.
Tom Benham was a really unique and creative character in this or any field I hope his wife gets some of his stories together and publishes them somewhere. He and his company did stuff nobody else could or would do.
