Like arguing with a chain saw. You never win. Ever watch motorcycle racing on ice? The studs on those tires are over an inch long. Imagine missing a corner and having your bike chase you on the ice... ----- Original Message ----- From: Bill Gallik To: [email protected] Sent: Wednesday, November 21, 2007 4:31 AM Subject: Re: *****SPAM***** Re: [BlindHandyMan] Driving sleds
I had those demons on my Arctic Cat Jag. Let's see now; a short, narrow track, a very light sled and a 340 cc engine -- I went for a tilt on an icy corner once myself. I recall hitting my (helmeted) head on the icy road and seeing all these universes of stars and between all those stars I saw this rubber ribbon full of tungsten tipped teeth whirling towards me (and this was in the dark on a moonlit night). Those gleaming teeth had me in mind for lunch so I rolled out of the way just in time to maintain my pretty-boy face! ;-) Hmmm, come to think of it maybe those "Cat Claws" would've done my looks some good! ;-) ---------------- Bill Gallik E-Mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] - "When I was younger, I could remember anything, whether it had happened or not." - Mark Twain [Non-text portions of this message have been removed]
