Bob, There are a number of windows based code readers and diagnostic programs on the market. The ones I have seen run from $19 to about $59 in price. I don't know what differences are with respect to features nor do I know how well they will work with screen readers. My best recommendation would be to find out if they offer time limited full featured demos or if they have a return policy. You might also check with the tool truckers in your area Mac, Snap-on or Matco. Keep us posted on what you find out.
