Hi Everybody; With the correct item number you can call 800-652-6733 and place the order with a live person if you are uncomfortable with placing an order with the computer. If you place the order using the telephone you need to know that at the end of the item number Jawsis saying the number then " t ". But the actually there are 2 letters at the end of the item number. There is a " t " and an " e ". So the correct number would be 16562 t + e. I hope this cuts down on some confusion for some of you because I ran into this problem, thinking there was only 1 letter at the end of the item number when I ordered 1 for myself.
