Hello Spiro. It is a deck that has a second floor. It has one full wall which is the west side facing the road. That will allow for privacy. The second floor is storage area for pots and planters and other summer items. The other three sides on the first floor level are open and will have a banister around with a small gate on the north side. I will have a small opening on the south side also for control of traffic flow access. ...................bob
