Hi Spiro,

Did this guy not have insurance?

If he did, do you not have home insurance?

Well, file a claim with your insurance company, there should be no
deductible, since it wasn't your fault, and the insurance company will pay
for it.

When the contractor they hire gets there, make a backdoor deal with him to
make something cars will regret ploughing into.

It's really that simple, believe me, I did it several times on another
property I own, as it lay next to a warehouse.

Their cube vans kept running into my rot iron fence, so I finally got
peeved, called my insurance company, and get them to fix it, but this time,
I made a deal with the contractor.

Since he was digging down, he would dig a bigger hole around, just large
enough to fit an 8 foot long, four inch diameter, cast iron pipe.

Once the pipe was inserted into the dug hole, they would proceed to fill in
the space all around the pipe with cement.

Once the cement around the pipe hardened, they filled in the pipe with
concrete, tapered off the tip with a nice round dome, and ever truck that's
run into that puppy has been filing insurance claims until they were blue in
the face.

Now, if you didn't have insurance, then you'll have to file a claim with the
driver's insurance company for damages, or sue the bum, and make him pay out
the nose.

Either way, I think you'll have to deal with the insurance company at some
point or another, if only to snag the pay out.
