Thanks I agree and I have learned not to use anyone an agent suggests. I am curious about the electrical system as well, but I know at least some of it has been upgraded over the years, but I want to see what type of panel etc. it has. I do have a neighbor I know well enough that he would look at the system for me and provide some feedback. I could give him a fee for his professional evaluation and I can bank on it being correct.
