Thanks, Let me clarify a bit on my example.

"A" is the writer of the cookie under the server sent cookie with the
top-level context. "B" is reading the cookie under the embedded iframe
hosted by Site "C"("123.com"). Both A and B are from the same domain of "
my.connect.aws.com", where A is a top-level site, and B is a site embedded
under site C. Therefore, The unpartitioned cookie access is denied.

Should "123.com" or "my.connect.aws.com" file for the third-party cookie
trial?
