Don't be worrying about it. Security vulnerabilities come out every
few weeks for a variety of applications that 90% of people have
installed (especially on Windows). Users should update all their
software (Flash, Adobe Reader, JRE, etc) all the time. But it's a case
of "crying Wolf" as a new JRE comes out every two weeks, and the
annoying popup doesn't distinguish between severe security flaws and
inconsequential bug fixes.
