I've had good luck posting here before getting people interested in a book. This time, I'd like to send a couple of my favorites around to interested BC'ers.
One is "The Power of One" by Bryce Courtenay. http://www.bookcrossing.com/---/3894679 It's about a boy in S. Africa during WWII. Even if you don't like boxing, you'll love this book! The other one is "Running with Scissors" by Augusten Burroughs http://www.bookcrossing.com/---/3889188. This book also is about a boy growing up in a family but here in the States.
